My printer is printing but not connecting to app

Hp desk jet 2600 all in one

my printer will not connect to the app and when it does to disconnects but if I click print on my phone it prints no problem...im out of ink and its supposed to be linked to my account to send ink but because its not connected its not registering i need ink.

 

I printed a printer information page and it says the printer might not be connected to hp instant ink anymore and with be unable to print soon update hp instant ink data.but i go on line with printer turned on n it says the printer is off line.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Are you using an iOS device or an Android?
  • Check if the printer is connected to the Internet.
  • Check if the blue light on the printer is steady.

Print a Wireless Network Test page

On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button  and the Information button  at the same time.

Check the report.

 

To know how to connect the printer to the wireless network, refer to this document.

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
