My printer. Isn’t printing because there is something wrong with my account. I tried updating billing and nothing seems to be doing anything

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Are you enrolled in an instant ink account? If yes, I've sent you a private message with further instructions.
