My printer keeps saying it can't connect to web services and the server may be temporarily unavailable.

@MableW, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not connecting to the web services.

 

Restart the router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Restart the web services on the printer

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on. Check if the issue is now resolved.

 

If the issue persists, let us perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
