Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Much like the title says; my rollover pages have disappeared between November (previous billing cycle) and December (current billing cycle). I had 30 pages rolled over and had not used any of my 10 purchased pages in November, and now in December I've used 8/10 of my purchased pages and the rollover ones are showing as 0/30.
