I had 45 rollover pages in the previous period that ended yesterday and today I have 0 rollover pages. I didn't print any page.

I've seen many messages from the community with the same issue and it seems they are handled privately. That is unfortunate. An issue reported so often suggests a common problem with the counting system. It should be solve for all of us instead of each person having to spend time finding support.

Please advice.
