Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I subscribe to the 50 pages a month for $4.99 and has up to150 rollover pages. 

jan to feb paid 3.99 used 10 pages but have no rollover pages

feb to mar paid 4.99 used 28 pages but have no rollover pages

mar to apr paid 4.99 used 38 pages but have no rollover pages. 

At no time did I exceed my allotted pages and yet have not had rollover pages added.  Doing this as a trial and not impressed so far.
