How on Earth can one get support in a case where support tells you to call them in an email and they just play a record that says my call can't be answered?

I was expecting the email so it's not a scam. The problem is that recording says that they can't answer my call. I'd really like to get my Instant Ink subscription to work again. Meanwhile I'm stuck with empty catridge and the delivery status on my account says it's been delivered even when it's not as I could not get it when it was being delivered earlier. They sent the packet back and that's why I got the email in the first place.

This is a mess and it's more so with the way HP handles it's paying customers.

I finally got through with a later call and the situation should be handled by HP based on the conversation with a HP customer support person. Time will tell if it really solved this as the Instant Ink page was telling non-real story of the earlier try of delivery.
