My wife had signed on to Instant Ink and now she is critically ill and I cannot replace the cartridg

HP202091 (HP Envy 7640)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My wife had signed on to the instantink program and I didn't know.  And now she is critically ill in hospital and printer keeps referring me to www.instantink.com   I tried replacing the instantink cartridge with a regular black (HP) cartridge but I still can not print.  Who can I speak to about this and solving this problem?
