Hi, I'm being charged every month and I haven't received any ink in months!!!

I'm out of ink now and I REALLY NEED MY INK!!!!

Ink should be sent as a result of the printer notifying the service that it is time to send ink (ink is  needed).

I've sent a request for Review.

If you are not able to contact Instant Ink Support, simply wait for the Review process to complete and an agent to find and respond to your request here in the Community.
