LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn

Hello everyone I just put a new ink cartridge into my printer and a error came up. I closed it before reading it and now when I try to print something it doesn't print. It will feed paper threw but no ink will be printed on the paper. I've tried taking the ink out and putting it back in to see if I get the error message but it doesn't pop up. I went through the printer settings and got no error message and said the printer was okay. So please help me i'm with a hotel and we need our printer to print reservations

Put your old cartridge back in, try will it print anything to determinate if you have printer or cartridge related issue.
