Hi, I haven't used my printer in a while (over 8months) and my cartridges seem to have dried up... I have tried all the printing solutions and still come out with blank pages!
Can I get a colour and black cart8sent out again?

Try cleaning the ink cartridge
Perform steps 10 and 13 from this document.
If the issue persists, as the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
