I need to speak to a supervisor. Last night after almost 2 hours agent downloaded a bunch of stuff to set up my wifi because I wanted to sign up for hp ink. Well, he set up the wifi but now my printer won't print. He promised to call be back tonight, he didn't I called & that agent disconnected me.
