I've had two deliveries not show up and get sent back to HP since October 2021. I'm trying to contact someone to assist me with my delivery issue but I can only contact virtual agents and locating someone to help out has been challenging. I've contacted Canada Post and they require me to contact HP, but again I am having no luck getting in touch with anyone with HP

I see you are experiencing delivery issues with the HP shipment. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options for out of warranty products as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty service options.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the best options.
