We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

To order color ink cartridges and manage your payment information in your Instant Ink account, follow these steps:

Update Payment Information

  1. Sign into your Instant Ink
  2. Click Account in the left menu.
  3. Select Billing or Shipping & Billing.
  4. Click Manage your payment method.
  5. Enter the new payment details. For credit/debit cards, enter the card number, CVV, and expiration date.

Ordering Color Ink Cartridges

  • Instant Ink cartridges are shipped automatically based on your printer's usage. You do not manually order cartridges as the service ensures you receive cartridges when you need them.
  • To ensure you receive color cartridges, make sure your printer is actively connected to the internet and printing tasks are being tracked.
