Hi; I haven’t received any ink. I’m low in ink so please send me colored and black ink.

In order to validate your instant ink subscription, we need some information related to instant ink. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

Are you a subscriber to the HP Instant Ink program?  The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges if for some reason they are not shippend automatically in advance.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.  Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant.  When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes).  The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
