Need ink

I need ink for my printer and it’s impossible to do. 
I have been paying for this service for several years. I have gone to my instant ink account page and it says that I don’t need ink and that I got a cartridge in July 2019. I do not have a cartridge here!  I have tried to use the virtual agent and it says it can’t help. When I try to print the black looks faint green and the rest is blank. 
Please help, need ink. 
it’s frustrating to pay for a service and I can’t get any ink. I have spent 2 days on this. Yesterday I sat on hold with a case number and never received help.

HP Instant Ink is a subscription service that sends ink before you need it based on your printing volume and ink levels. You might not receive ink cartridges every month. If you print many pages, you might receive multiple ink cartridges in a month.

 

To know more about the Instant Ink cartridge shipment, kindly refer to this document.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
