This is ridiculous!!!! Why can I not get my ink shipped!!? It says I have one at my house. No, I do not. Why am I paying for this crappy service?? It charges you for poor quality mess ups. Tells you to upgrade. Goes off line. I need ink. This is nuts. Don’t recommend.
