Need new cartridge urgently

HP Recommended
HP6950 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


I don't know why but I never seem to get a magenta cartridge delivery (not since sometime last year).  Maybe instant ink assumes I have a spare one,  but I don't...

I've found it impossible to contact anyone at HP (virtual assistant is worse than useless imo, not sure why it's used by HP), can't get through by phone,  etc.  Last time I had to buy a magenta cartridge from Amazon,  and I don't really want to have to keep doing this.

The printer is telling me to replace the cartridge again, now.... I've waited again to see if an instant ink delivery arrives, but it doesn't. 

So... please can someone help me?

  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,  
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "".
