I've had this stupid instant ink plan/subscription for a while. My account is good, no issues, your stupid instant ink site even says ink looks good and no need to replace yet, but in fact I do know it needs replaced, is out of ink since you dorks haven't sent me new cartridges since 2001. So what do I have to do to get stupid replacement cartridges sent to me ASAP? This instant ink program sucks by the way. There should be an easy way for customers to just order a new set without going through the hassle of the useless virtual agent because a real agent is never available or having to read countless help articles. All I want are new replacement cartridges sent to me, why is this so difficult? This will be my last order, I'm going to cancel after this and just go to Walmart and buy the freaking cartridges, lord!
