Hi @Jorge98,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you received an email about a plan you don't want or need, it's essential to act quickly to avoid any further processing or charges. Here's what you can do:
Check the email for cancellation instructions: Look for any information in the email regarding how to cancel the plan or contact the provider.
Request cancellation: Clearly state that you want to cancel the plan and any associated orders. Be polite but firm in your request.
Please reach out to our sales team and they will cancel the order.
I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
