My uncle, who died in October 2025. We have seen a charge to HP ink subscription within his checking account and would like to cancel the subscription for obvious reasons. We do not have an account number and only his address and phone number.  We also have a copy of his death certificate to confirm his death.

Unless there is an extremely good reason, all accounts, especially bank accounts, need to be frozen up death.  The banks need to be informed of course.  The executor should take care that some bills be paid such as utility bills.

Possibly you can contact ink account representative and fox or scan and email proof.
