I purchased an HP 64xl ink cartridge for my printer and upon inserting the cartridge and receiving an error message, I discovered that I need an HP 67xl cartridge. The box has been opened but the cartridge has not been used and the retailer will not exchange it. I just want to exchange it for the correct ink cartridge. It's a LOT of money and I can't return it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
