Welcome to the HP English Community --
The address says "no reply" -- it is not asking that you answer - good so far.
Too, the only way for you to update your payment information is to sign into your Instant Ink account.
You need not, indeed should not, click on any sign-in offers in any email about which you have any questions.
Not sure? Do not click.
Instead,
Use your own device (computer, tablet, phone) -- Sign into your Instant Ink account as you have done in the past.
