Hi, I need to order a new ink cartridge. After 5 years the yellow in mine won't print. I've tried cleaning the heads several times to no avail. Since the website does not feature an 'order new cartridge' feature, please let me know how I can go about getting one.

Are you enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program? If not, please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? You can order HP non-Instant Ink cartridges at this link.
If your are enrolled in Instant Ink the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.

Thanks Bob, sorry my post was not that terrific. I think I figured since I was in the Instant Ink forum, it would be clear that I was enrolled.
Yes I'm in the Instant Ink program. It's been a very long time since my ink was replaced. I hardly use the printer and the yellow has now dried out.
Anyway, thank you for the advice. I'm chatting with someone from HP right now, getting the ink lined up. Horrible that it requires me to log into the site at a specific time, navigate through an extremely painful 'virtual agent' and connect with someone personally to get new ink ordered, but I guess that's the situation when you're dealing with a calcified behemoth of a legacy company. However, I like not having to buy my own cartridges, so I take the good with the bad.

Your post was fine, I just asked because fairly often folks post in the Instant Ink forum for retail cartridge issues. I am glad things are getting resolved, albeit with a rather difficult interface to the support organization.
