Need to speak to a live agent at HP Tech Support

Error message "Printhead not detected, missing or incorrectly installed".  I have gone thru diagnostics according to HP website.  I had a cartridge leak inside my printer.  I have cleaned the inside of the printer. I have taken the printhead out and put back in. I am still getting an error message.  I have an HP Instant Ink Account.  How do I talk to a person so that I may see if they would offer me a new printhead since their ink cartridge was faulty and broke my computer.  My printer is out of warranty.

 I have also tried the virtual agent which just took me in circles
