Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I was queued to replace my ink cartridges, which I did, with new Instant Ink Cartridges. My printer is not recognizing 3 of the 4 and tells me to replace them. I worked with the virtual assistant for over an hour and am in exactly the same place I was when I started. My printer will not print. I am very frustrated.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
In most cases, the printer nozzles are clogged. You should read the operating instructions and run the cleaning program.
