Printing problem: neither black nor colour printing after insertion of 2 new HP Cartridges

I understand that you are unable to print in black or color after replacing the new ink cartridges.
Please let me know are you using HP genuine ink cartridges.
Are you able to make a copy without any issue?
When was working before?
Perform the print cartridge cleaning procedure 4-5 times. Then try here.
