I cancelled because of  never receiving ink and now after buying non insta ink cartridges it won't let me print. However it did after I installed it last night. Now I have a California timezone on my error and I'm central

To better assist you - 

 

1.) May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

2.) What's the exact error message?
