HP Instant Ink

Hi. I am getting very frustrated with this instant ink subscription now. The last time I received ink was so long ago and it was under me having to request them. They are never being sent to me. My printer is connected to my Internet and they are always sending connection error emails when I can print wireless from my phone.. Doesn't make sense to me. I am currently having an issue now where the inks must be so old they don't work. They've been cleaned, reinstalled, I've followed all instructions and I keep getting ink cartridge problem messages. My children need this for homework and I do for my own work. Please solve this issue and send me my inks properly.

I received subscription inks after my initial purchase only.  Afterwards, I was never sent ink again.  This in spite of the fact that I've been making automatic payments for months.
