I received a new black ink cartridge today for my HP Deskjet 2600 and after installing it in the printer it is coming up with an error message and I cannot print anything. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggested on HP website.
Have I been sent a faulty cartridge? It’s beyond frustrating that it is so difficult to contact anyone to sort the issue. The virtual assistant is useless.
Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
