Hello,
I have a Deskjet 3772 All in One Printer. The printer cartridge says 65 HP. I bought 2 65 HP cartridges from Walmart. They're exactly the same as the ones the printer came with originally, yet the printer states a "New Cartridge installed, please fix" error. I cannot print anything on this printer anymore. I cannot get through to no one for assistance besides the virtual agent which is no help. My printer is not signed up for instant ink.

Hi @AzCast,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your Deskjet 3772 All-in-One printer is showing the message "New cartridge installed printer is not signed up for instant ink", it means that your printer is not currently enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program. The HP Instant Ink program is a subscription-based service that automatically delivers ink to your doorstep when you're running low, and is available for select HP printers.
To enroll your printer in the HP Instant Ink program, you'll need to follow these steps.
- Go to the HP Instant Ink website and click "Sign up now".
- Select your printer model and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the enrollment process.
- Once enrolled, your printer will automatically order ink when it detects that it's running low, and the ink will be delivered to your doorstep.
If you don't want to enroll in the HP Instant Ink program, you can still use your printer with a standard ink cartridge. Simply remove the cartridge that came with the printer, replace it with a new standard cartridge, and your printer should be ready to use.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
