Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got sent a new colour cartridge which the printer refuses to recognize. I only want to print black and white but can't do that either. Very frustrating. 


Who thought it would be a great way to improve customer relations by removing all possibility of speaking to an actual human being by the way? I need a new colour cartridge sent to me so I can use the printer but no way of asking anyone. It's 4 days out of warranty so am supposed to pay to speak to support?

Is anyone offering any help here? There are hundreds of posts complaining about colour cartridges not working properly and no way for anyone to get in touch with a human being. There's evidently a serious problem and no-one from HP is willing to engage or deal with it.

 

Appalling "service" and I'll be making sure not to buy HP again after I dispose of this one.

Anyone? Anyone at all? The cartridge is clearly faulty but not a word of help from anyone at HP. Utter shambles.
