HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

Assume this forum is under control of HP,   Instant ink worked well in a prior printer,  so we enrolled new printer late last year.  We began to deal with the error message that "cartridge had to be enrolled" before print possible although all cartridges were instant ink.  Spent days talking to people very far away to NO avail.  Did the remove web services, reset web services, printer reset to factory defaults, remove printer, add printer, cancel ink account, re-enroll ink account, pull cartridges out, put back, pull plug on printer, put back....spent literally days in time to NO AVAIL.  Finally got a lady on line who seemed ahead of it all, told me the glitch was on HP's end somehow and fixed all in a few minutes.  Had 3 months of no issues.  It seemed printer started to disconnect from web so we'd push setting on printer to reconnect.  Printed ok. But WHEN we went to replace the black cartridge with one sent by program, we were thrown back to Cartridge won't work until enrolled in instant ink.  Spent more hours with another tech person in country far away to no good,  was told cartridges must be faulty so await new ones.  New ones came but as soon as black (last one to go in} was inserted message came back.  No printing possible. It looks like the printer/cartridges? will not stay synchronized.  Tried 2 new blacks - same result.  Finally told we have a "bad" printer?,  should return it and no more time could be spent on us.  Although one person months back helped us in brief moments.  This company needs the consumers to help each other because it feels there is NO ownership or RESPONSIBILITY on part of HP.  Will never go HP again.  Will cut our losses. Cancel out of ink program and hope we can get this expensive mistake working with retail cartridges.  Small business needs working products. People should be warned of coming nightmare.   In end all you can do is try to post comment hoping someone may see it but truly want this situation to be heard on a more public venue.
