I used Instant Ink for over seven years. I recently stopped my subscription because I was using so little ink (it would replace once per year, if that). I purchased genuine HP ink, but a few weeks in, my computer and printer say low ink levels. There's no possible way it's actually low. We print well under 50 pages per month.
How do I reset the ink level monitor or obtain new ink?

Thank you for the reply. However, the document provided is advising to replace the ink to make a legitimate low ink message disappear. My issue is the ink is not actually low, but the printer is showing a low ink message in error.
How do I reset the low ink monitor to reflect the actual ink level? Even though the ink was only purchased a couple months ago, I can't find any way to contact HP directly since the printer is out of warranty. If there is a way I can chat with or call someone, that would be appreciated.
