Hi,

I ran out of black ink so decided now would be a good time to try Instant Ink.  When I look at the main dashboard there are notes indicating that the color cartridges will soon be shipped out.  The message for the black cartridge (K) says " Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels. See details"  Clicking on See details brings you right back to the same page.

I saw another post where it said to click a link to troubleshoot to resolve cartridge errors but there is really nothing to troubleshoot.  There is simply no ink in the cartridge.  So, if Instant Ink can't read the level because there is no ink, how is this resolved so that a shipment will be sent?  Do I have to buy a new cartridge so that Instant Ink will be able to read an amount?

Thanks in advance.
