The last received Instant Ink colour cartridge doesn't work. It says it can't communicate. I tried all the suggestions by the "Virtual Assistant" but they didn't help. I put the old one back in and it still works fine. I would like Instant Ink to send a replacement Colour cartridge that can communicate.
