I just received a brand new OfficeJet Pro 9025 and installed the ink. It keeps telling me "Only one set of HP Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges."
This is only for the 962 H Instant Ink Ready Yellow and Black.
This is a brand new, purchased on Amazon. I installed the inks as instructed to and it is still giving my this error. Is there anything else I can do or should I contact Amazon??

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
