I already have an instant ink subscription for my current HP printer. The color will not print regardless of what I’ve tried. I’m looking to purchase another printer - will I get the advertised “6 free months” of HP Instank Ink since I am already a subscriber (and have been for many years).

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.


What seems to be the issue? 

Could you elaborate more? 

 

Are you getting any cartridge errors or depleted?

 

And if you are buying a new printer and if you are getting the 6 months free offer, yes can claim that once you transfer your account to your new printer.
