We get Ink sent from HP when it runs out automatically. This has worked well until the last delivery of Black Ink ; which does not print at all despite being through all of the diagnostic suggestions. Previously HOP sent 63/302 cartridges, but this time we received 65/304, which I believe should work. How do I resolve this issue?
