macOS 10.12 Sierra

I received 2 new cartridges the printer had error cartridge. I followed all agents (3) instructions. Printer finally recognized black, but now says very low on the color. How do I reset cartridge? I've reset everything. I was told I would get new ink. It's not here.

Can you help me?

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the cartridges and may need repair/replacement. We need to provide the solution to this issue in a private message as this information cannot be shared on a public post.
