HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

Cannot connect instant ink to new printer 8025e ....I've had instant ink 5 years or more. I have 2 plans, home and work. I'm not connected at work and have trouble shot 3 times with ur techs. Laptop is windows 7 and it won't.  So I have a new IPad Air . Can I hook up to iPad? Cannot and do not need laptop at work as I have a new one home.

Note: I can print from tablet....I am not connected to instant ink however. Can it be done????  I've put hours into troubleshooting and my old laptop is the issue. How can I connect my iPad to be able to get ink? If not I'll need to close the office account and keep the home account only. Ty
