Received new ink cartridges and they say they are not compatible. I’ve updated printer, I’ve cleaned cartridges, I’ve done a hard restart twice. Nothing is working. When I put the old cartridges in they work fine (minus being out of ink) I don’t think it’s a printer problem I think I was sent defected ink cartridges. How can I get new ones sent out!?!

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
