I have read and tried all the suggestions posted by the Community. I have installed new ink cartridges sent to me by HP through my Instant plan and they have always worked. The last one I was sent -- just the black ink -- does NOT work. How do I get a new one sent to me? Thank you.

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
