I have a new HP all in one 4100. It came with a black and a colored cartridge. I have printed maybe 150/200 pages and the black says it is empty already. I signed up for the instant ink free 6 months program. However my app says my ink cannot be monitored by the company and their for shipped because the cartridges are not HP brand. But they came with the unopened printer? If I buy a new black hp cartridge from the store and install just it without a new colored one will it be able to be monitored? Advice?? Thanks!
