I have an HP ENVY 4500 (warranty expired) and have been using instant ink for a coupe of years. I recently installed the latest cartridges that I received but the black one doesn't work properly, in fact the printouts are unreadable.The try-colour one is fine. I have tried following advice such as running test prints, aligning the print heads, waiting for the cartridge to dry. I can't find a way to get a replacement under ink cartridge warranty. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
