Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received new Instant Ink color cartridges about 3 weeks ago, installed new cartridges.  Software shows all ink cartridges still showing low & needing replacement.  I have tried cleaning printhead, it returned message "The cleaning process was unsuccessful,' and to contact HP support.  Still unable to print after 3 weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer software and drivers 3 times. My account on instant ink says my cartridges low and needing replaced.  I'm puzzled, any suggestions..
