I hope someone here can help and send me new instant ink cartridges for my printer. For 2 hours (!?!?!) I've been trying and failing at finding out how I can do this, or how to contact some customer support. HP has got to be THE worst customer service I've ever encountered. I should be able to fix this easily in the app.
Anywho, my printer won't print with colors, the app says ink levels are fine. But all of the 20 pages of cleaning, adjusting and so on does not show any sign of color. So I think the cartridge is either empty or faulty. I need new ones asap. Hope this can be arranged. Thank you!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
