I recently got my printer replaced for a new one because the old one was broken. As I still had the warranty I got the exact same model from the store. After installing the new one, I cannot connect it to HP instant ink. It keeps telling me the inkt cartridges are not compatible. I even replaced them for new ones but it's still the same. So what happens is after signing in to the HP Instant ink via the HP smart app on my laptop; it goes to checking the replacement of the printer and then it says there is an error. I have tried multiple times. I am going crazy!! Please see the photo I attached with screenshots of what happens:
