Hi,
I have just received my HP printer and was about to enroll for Instant Ink, when I find out there is no promotion code for me to get my 2 month free trial.
I would appreciate your help.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I’m having the same issue. I tried to go through the sign up on the app, but there was no place to enter my address. I finished the process on the website, still connected with my printer, and received nothing.
