Mi impresora dice q tengo tinta.pero al imprimir no sale color sale muy borrosa la impresión y con rayas y vi si tocaba el envío d mis cartuchos y dicen q ya m los enviaron y chequeo  y sale q los mandaron a otra dirección  q puedo hacer  m urge gracias..
